Fees & booking

Understand the service before you commit.

We begin with a short suitability conversation. You will be told the current fee, what it includes and the available appointment options before being asked to book or pay.

01

Make a brief enquiry

Tell us who the assessment is for and the best way to contact you. Do not send detailed medical information at this stage.

02

Confirm suitability and fee

We explain the pathway, current fee, availability, cancellation terms and whether an online assessment is likely to be appropriate.

03

Book securely

If you choose to proceed, the team will provide the booking, payment and pre-assessment instructions.

Price transparency

September child ADHD assessment: £500.

We understand the importance of timely clarity and the pressure on families as children return to school. Our September back-to-school offer is £500 for eligible child and young-person ADHD assessment bookings made by 30 September 2026. It includes the assessment, outcome discussion, signed report and practical recommendations. Clinical suitability is checked first; assessment dates are agreed separately and are subject to availability. Medication and titration are not included. Other pathway fees are confirmed in writing before booking.

  • Ask what the fee includes
  • Ask about report turnaround
  • Review cancellation and refund terms
  • Decide only after suitability is discussed

Invited to pay by the assessment team?

Once Tordale Health has confirmed clinical suitability and explained the booking and cancellation terms, use our Stripe checkout to pay for your September assessment. Check the service and £500 total on the checkout page before paying. Read our terms, cancellation and refund provisions.

Continue to secure payment

Payment does not automatically reserve an appointment. The team will confirm your assessment date separately. If you have not yet spoken to us, request a suitability conversation first.
