Tordale Health
Governance & quality
Our principles for responsible service delivery, professional accountability and clear information.
Updated 12 September 2026Accountability
Tordale Health Ltd is responsible for the services it offers and the information it publishes. Clinical conclusions are the responsibility of the appropriately qualified professional assessing the individual. Commercial offers must not determine a diagnostic outcome.
Our governance priorities are professional competence, safeguarding, confidentiality, clear service boundaries and learning from concerns. This page describes those priorities; it is not a claim of external accreditation.
Professional standards
- Clinical work must remain within the individual professional’s training, registration and competence.
- Patients should know who is responsible for their assessment and be able to ask about their qualifications and professional registration.
- Assessment should consider the wider clinical picture and communicate the basis of the conclusion.
- Clinical information and reports should be shared only through an appropriate route and with the relevant authority.
Registration and service boundaries
Tordale Health Ltd is not currently registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We are working towards registration for additional services; this does not mean registration has been granted or that future services are available now.
Autism diagnostic assessment, medication prescribing and titration are not currently available through Tordale Health. Please ask about the exact scope of your proposed assessment before booking.
Safeguarding and raising concerns
If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. Our enquiry inbox is not an emergency response service. For a non-urgent concern about the safety or conduct of a Tordale service, email hello@tordalehealth.com with “Safeguarding concern” in the subject. Start with contact details and a brief outline; request a suitable route for sensitive information.
Feedback and complaints →Quality as we grow
Our aim is to develop services only when the appropriate professional expertise, processes and permissions are in place. Feedback on communication, access, assessment experience and reporting helps identify where improvement is needed.
For questions about company governance, partnerships or professional concerns, contact hello@tordalehealth.com.
