We gather a developmental and clinical history and, where relevant, information from home, education or other everyday settings.

Attend a structured clinical assessment remotely, at an agreed time, with the appropriately qualified professional responsible for your case.

We discuss the diagnostic conclusion and provide a signed written report with practical recommendations and next steps.

Our £500 September offer helps families seek timely clarity through an online assessment, a signed report and practical recommendations. Can the assessment be completed online?
Yes, where clinically suitable. Appointments can be undertaken online and arranged at an agreed time. We explain who should attend and what information is needed beforehand.
What will I receive?
A clear outcome discussion and a full written report signed by the clinician responsible for the assessment. The report includes practical recommendations and next steps.
How is this different from an online ADHD test?
An online screening score cannot diagnose ADHD. A diagnostic assessment brings together clinical history, current impact and relevant information from different parts of life before reaching a conclusion.
Will a diagnosis lead directly to medication?
No. Tordale Health does not currently provide medication prescribing or titration. If medication may be appropriate, your report can help inform a discussion with a suitably qualified prescriber, but acceptance by another service is their decision.
Do you provide autism assessments?
Not yet. The service is in development and will only open when the complete specialist clinical team is in place.
Is this an urgent or crisis service?
No. If anyone is at immediate risk, call 999 or attend A&E. For urgent mental-health help in England, call NHS 111 and select the mental-health option.
